Recognising a gap in the market for simple, non-intrusive safety solutions, Director Sheryl Carlyle began SHE Solutions in 2001 after two decades of working in the HSE arena - both here and overseas. Sheryl’s coaching ability and experience in workplace change management are both effective and practical, and have delivered impressive, measurable results in all kinds of organisations.

The SHE Solutions Skill-set

With a wide ranging portfolio of clients - spanning a diverse range of sectors, the SHE Solutions team today consists of several HSE professionals. Their skill-set includes Occupational Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Rehabilitation experts, Trainers, Audiometrists and Engineers.

SHE Solutions also enlists the specialist support of organisations such as the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) and the Occupational Health Nurses Association (OHNA); and continues to work closely with the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

Qualifications and Accreditations

The SHE Solutions team are ACC Approved auditors, and are fully qualified to carry out workplace ergonomic assessments, wellness programmes and health monitoring.
